怎樣充分的利用英文簡(jiǎn)歷

Balance Sheet基本方法
選擇要應(yīng)聘的工作后，必須看清 招聘 廣告上所列出的每項(xiàng)要求，再將自己的學(xué)歷、能力與興趣逐一與之比較，作一張balance sheet.
例如，一則關(guān)于marketing management trainee和job requirement是這樣寫(xiě)的：
We are looking for a competent person to fill the captioned position：
-University graduate major in Marketing Management. Prepared to develop career in the commercial field　　-Outgoing personality
-Able to communicate at different levels
-Good knowledge of PC operations
-Proficiency in written an d spoken English/Man darin
那么你相應(yīng)地考慮自己的qualification的選擇和表述，就可以這樣寫(xiě)(與上列各項(xiàng)對(duì)應(yīng))：
-University graduate with major in Marketing
-Having actively participated in Business clubs activities an d learned acＣounting an d management　　-Good in communication with people an d like a lot of out door activities, know how to tackle with people from all walks of life　　-Skillful in operating words, Excel, Lotus1-2-3, etc
-Fluent in English an d Man darin
這個(gè)方法的好處是可讓 求職 者清楚了解該職位是否適合自己，而本身資料又是否切合要求，而且，明白了各項(xiàng)要求后，就可依據(jù)每一點(diǎn)在履歷表上重點(diǎn)提出自己在該方面的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)。突出賣點(diǎn)(selling point)，將之放在最吸引人的地方，使 招聘 者一眼可見(jiàn)，有利于present自己。
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)是resume中令 招聘 者相當(dāng)感興趣的一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，善加措詞是不可忽視的要?jiǎng)?wù)。
剛畢業(yè)，何來(lái)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?其實(shí)，讀書(shū)時(shí)的 兼職 、實(shí)習(xí)、實(shí)踐，以至所曾參加的一些課外活動(dòng)-協(xié)助出版學(xué)?？铩⑴e辦活動(dòng)，展覽、宣傳……都可算是工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、不過(guò)，表達(dá)起來(lái)要有針對(duì)性地展開(kāi)，列出那些與所 找工作 有關(guān)的項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)介紹，必要時(shí)更可使用summary的方式，以給招聘者深入的了解。
下面的寫(xiě)法顯得相當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)陋呆板：
1996/7-1996/8 General Clerk, IBM
1995/7-1995/8 AcＣount clerks, Manley Toy Trading
1994/6-1994/8Salesgirl, Esprit.
倘能換一種表述如：
Three years of job experience in different positions have offered me opportunities to understan d different job aspects.　　-As a General Clerk (IBM),AcＣounts clerk (Manley Toy Trading), I have learned how to prepare purchasing orders,place orders, han dle acＣounting matter, check voucher,…also (Salesgirl, Esprit) developing the technique of selling, serving an d stocking.　　就能更好地突出個(gè)人工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸引招聘者的注意力!
通常，一般 求職 者只會(huì)在履歷表開(kāi)端簡(jiǎn)單地寫(xiě)上所應(yīng)征的職位-Position Applied: Management Trainee或I am applying for...其實(shí)，若懂得利用這小小空間寫(xiě)出自己的事業(yè)目標(biāo)(job objective)，更能顯示出你對(duì)該工作的熱誠(chéng)及憧憬，能令招聘者對(duì)你加倍留意。

Job objective
To begin as a Marketing Management Trainee, with opportunity to advance to executive level an d contribute to the development of firm.
